JAMB Change of Admission Letter Guidelines 2024/2025

The Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released guidelines for the Change of Admission Letter for the academic year 2024/2025. These guidelines aim to assist students who need to alter their admission details due to various reasons.

• New users must create a profile through the Sign Up (New User) Page while existing users can log in with their credentials.

• Provide your valid email, surname, first name, mobile number, state, LGA of origin, and password to create your profile. Click “Sign Up”. Each candidate can have only one profile.

• Sign in using your email address and password.
• Find “Late (Retroactive) Application” on the landing page in the sidebar.
• Choose “Application for Admission Letter” from the revealed menu.
• A Transaction ID for this service will be generated and displayed on the confirmation page.

• Review the details on the Confirmation Page, including the bold red Transaction ID. It’s essential for future reference.
• Click “Continue” to pay with your card immediately. For other payment channels like ATM or bank transfer, note the transaction ID as it will be needed.

• Enter your card details on the Interswitch Payment page and click “Pay”.
• Check your payment status in the “My Payment Section” and receive an SMS and email with your Transaction Identification and payment status.
• Provide the Year of Exam and JAMB Registration Number after completing payment.

• After providing the correct information, the online application form will appear. Fill it out, ensuring to complete the mandatory fields.
• Click “Submit” to finalize your application.
• After submission, an Indemnity Form will be available for printing.
• Fill out and take this form to your institution for approval.
• Your institution will submit the approved form to the JAMB state office.
• Once received, the approved form will be uploaded to your profile, and you’ll be notified.
• JAMB will process your application. Upon approval, your requested changes will be made to your details.
